By booking directly on the site you can obtain different but not better conditions than those scheduled on Booking.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The previous management company that owned the accommodation complex was inactive for about a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This statement derives from a contractual obligation with the intermediary Booking.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, by booking on the site you can get a 10% discount but in this case we require the payment of 30% as a non-refundable confirmation deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking into account that even on Booking.com you can get a 10% discount if you opt for the non-refundable rate, there are no real gains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cancellation policy is also different, booking from the site canceling is less agile and flexible than it is on Booking.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do to book:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Confirm your reservation via email within 24\/48 hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pay 30% of the price by bank transfer or or other systems<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The balance will be paid in the structure for individual rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The balance for groups must be sent 7 days before arrival<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. The payment of 30% of the total price communicated is considered both as an advance and as a confirmation deposit (Art.1385 C.C.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    5. Beyond this deadline, those interested will have to reformulate the request<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The total price is discounted by 10% compared to that published on the same day of the request, the rates are dynamic and often undergo changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. If you are unable to use the room booked in this way, you can ask to be moved to another period and in this case you will kindly inform us as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. This cancellation policy is different and certainly not as easy as the one we have agreed with Booking.com which allows free cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before Check-in<\/li>\n\n\n\n
